Frequently asked questions.
Not to work with you. Professionals linked to your company use the schedule, check-in, earnings and applications to your openings at no cost, and invites, links and hires started by your team never depend on a subscription. A professional only pays if they want to apply to openings from other companies on the Marketplace, on the Basic Plan at R$ 9.90 a month. That does not change anything in your subscription.
Access is immediate: the dashboard is released as soon as payment is confirmed, by PIX, boleto or card. From there, you set up your operation (units, departments and schedules), link the hospitals where you work and invite your professionals through the app. How long until the first schedule is running depends on the size of your team. If needed, our team stays with you through that step.
Yes. At the end of the period, you export the closing with schedules, attendance, hours and amounts per professional, based on shifts already validated by your coordination team. The data comes out ready for paying the team and checking with finance, without rebuilding the month by hand.
As many as your operation needs, all on the same account. Billing is based on the number of linked professionals, not the number of hospitals, so you can grow your operation without an extra cost per unit. Talk to a specialist to learn about the plans.
Every professional with an active link to your company at any point in the month is counted, even if they did not work shifts in the period. Invites that have not been accepted are not billed. Each professional is counted only once, even if they work at several hospitals, departments or schedules on your account. When you unlink a professional, they stop being billed from the following month, and their history stays available in the dashboard.
Your company. The professional sends the documents through the app, and your team reviews and approves them in the dashboard. Once approved, identification, professional council registration, proof of address, diplomas and certificates apply at every hospital on your account, with no new review at each unit. You only access the documents after the professional accepts the link with your company.
The subscription is monthly and follows the size of your team. Each plan includes a number of professionals, and links above that limit are added to that month's fee. Every professional with an active link at any point in the month is counted, and anyone you unlink stops being billed from the following month. Payment is by PIX, boleto or card.
